Daily Check-ins
A quick once or twice daily visit to feed, play with, and check on your pet. Ideal for independent pets who are comfortable being alone for most of the day but still need basic care and companionship.
Night Sitting (12 Hours)
Perfect for pets who need extra care and company overnight, but are used to being alone during the day while their parents work. Ideal for pets who struggle with being home alone at night and need the reassurance of a familiar presence until morning.
Night Sitting (16 Hours)
Best suited for pets accustomed to shorter periods alone during the day but who need companionship from mid-evening through the morning. Ideal for pet parents who want extended evening and overnight care.
Hourly Sitting
Flexible daytime care in your home for pets needing extra attention, whether you're at work, out for the day, or attending events. Great for puppies, senior pets, or those with anxiety or special needs.
Security Checks
Your home's safety is also important to us. We do perimeter checks upon every visit, ensure gates and doors are locked, and alarms are set. Your address is never shared and your privacy is always respected.
Plant Care
We ensure your indoor and outdoor plants get sufficient attention, sunlight, and water while you're away. Our services also include taking out the trash, cleaning up, and picking up poop/cleaning litter.

Daily Check-ins

30 to 45-minute visit to your home to feed your pet, refresh their water, check that everything is safe and secure, and give them plenty of cuddles and affection. Once daily R200 per day, twice daily R300 per day.
Night Sitting (12 Hour)

12-hour sleepover for your pet, including meals, fresh water, treats, and plenty of love and cuddles. We also help with your pet's bedtime and wake-up routines so they stay settled and comfortable.

16-hour sleepover for your pet, including meals, fresh water, treats, and plenty of love and cuddles. We also help with bedtime and wake-up routines, and there's extra time for company so your pet never feels alone.
Boarding

A home away from home for your dog, staying in the home of one of our trusted handlers. Your dog enjoys the comfort, routine, and attention of a real home instead of a kennel. R350 per day for two pets. Extra pets are an extra R50.00 per day.

What is pet sitting and what does it include?+
Pet sitting is an in-home care service where a professional pet sitter visits your home to care for your pets while you're away at work, on vacation, or travelling. Our pet sitting services include feeding, once or twice daily check-ins, overnight stays, fresh water, medication administration, litter box cleaning, playtime, exercise, and lots of love and attention. We also provide home care like bringing in mail, rotating lights, and watering plants. Each visit includes photo and video updates so you can see how your furry family member is doing.
What should I prepare for the pet sitter before my trip?+
Please leave detailed care instructions, feeding schedules, medication with dosage information, your veterinarian's contact details, and emergency contacts. Ensure you have enough pet food, medications, litter, and supplies for your entire trip plus 2–3 extra days. Leave leashes, harnesses, and toys easily accessible. We'll conduct a complimentary meet-and-greet before your trip where we'll walk through your home, meet your pets, collect keys, and answer any questions.
How far in advance should I book pet sitting for a holiday?+
We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance, especially during peak travel seasons. For holiday periods like Christmas and New Year's, book 2–3 months ahead as our sitters' schedules fill quickly. Last-minute and same-week bookings may be available depending on demand — contact us to check availability. Book with us regularly to receive priority booking and discounts.
What's the difference between pet sitting and pet boarding?+
Pet sitting means your pets stay in the comfort of their own home while a professional sitter visits to provide care, while boarding (or kennelling) requires taking your pets to a facility where they stay with other animals. Pet sitting offers major advantages: your pets maintain their normal routine in a familiar environment, experience less stress and anxiety, receive one-on-one personalised attention, and your home stays secure with routine checks, plant watering, and light rotation. It is especially beneficial for anxious pets, senior animals, cats, pets on special diets or medications, and multi-pet households.
