Pawsitive Petz was founded by two passionate individuals who have spent their lifetimes around animals. We wanted to build something where the pets could have the same consistency from the same people when they need grooming, training, walking, pet sitting, and transport.
Our philosophy is to provide gentle, kind, and compassionate care to each pet, ensuring they’re as comfortable and happy as possible with every appointment.
We approach our dog handling with positive reinforcement and take a strong stand against old-school, forceful, and harmful methods. We want every dog to have a positive experience and build a special bond with their handler.
Our services come from over 15 years’ combined experience taking care of a wide variety of domestic animals. We treat the pets like our own and ensure their routine and care are kept consistent to what they deserve.

Kristin von Bülow

What do you get when you mix passion with over a decade of pet care experience? Someone who's absolutely devoted to making sure your pets thrive.
Kristin's journey includes professional grooming certification, dog training expertise, running a successful full-service pet care facility, feral and neonatal rehabilitation, and animal welfare programme management. She has run sterilisation drives, managed outreach vet care programmes, taught dogs confidence and socialised nervous pets.
She is currently expanding her knowledge through COAPE's Dogwise course towards her animal behavioural diploma, so she can get even more involved in the lives and wellbeing of pets and their parents.

Chezré van Rensburg
Co-owner, Dog Walker & Petsitter
Looking for someone who treats your pet like their own? That's exactly what Chezré has been doing for over 13 years. From cats and dogs to birds, reptiles, rodents, exotic pets and furry friends with special needs, he has seen (and loved) them all.
His journey has been quite the adventure — from working in vet practices learning crucial pet health care, to pet and house sitting, managing a grooming parlour, grooming dogs himself, and enjoying regular dog walks. Every experience has shaped how he cares for your pets.
Whether your pet needs home companionship while you're away, specialised exotic pet care, medication management, nutrition guidance or extra special attention, they're in experienced, caring hands.
