What we collect

• Contact details you submit — name, phone number, email, suburb.
• Booking details — services, dates, access notes, pet information and photos.
• Pet health details — vaccinations, medication, vet and behaviour notes.
• Account data — sign-in credentials managed by our secure backend provider.
• Technical data — device and page data, only where you consent to analytics.

Why we process it

To quote for and deliver pet care, to schedule and staff visits, to invoice and keep accounting records, to send service messages about your bookings, and — only with your consent — for marketing and analytics. Our legal grounds are performance of our agreement with you, our legitimate interest in running the service safely, legal obligations, and your consent where required.

Sharing

We share only what is needed with the carer assigned to your pet, with our hosting and database providers acting as operators under contract, and with your vet in an emergency. We never sell your personal information. Where data is processed outside South Africa, it is protected by comparable safeguards.

Retention and security

Booking, invoice and consent records are kept while you are a client and thereafter only as long as law requires. Access is role-restricted, traffic is encrypted in transit, and pet photos and contractor documents are stored in private buckets with signed, time-limited links.

Your rights
